Czarci Młyn

📍 Świeradów-Zdrój, PL

Czarci Młyn in Świeradów-Zdrój is a historic water mill dating back to around 1890, now operating as a bread museum and production open-air museum. Visitors can explore the journey from grain to loaf, seeing original milling machinery and a replica water wheel over 6 meters in diameter. The mill features a century-old bread oven still used occasionally for baking. Workshops allow guests to learn about flour and bread production. A modern workshop kitchen bakes bread daily. The surrounding area includes a Herb and Plant Garden and the stream that once powered the wheel. The site is wheelchair accessible and offers guided tours. It is part of the 'Trail of Izerskie Secrets' tourist route, providing information on regional attractions. Open daily from 10:00 to 16:00.
