Jagodna

📍 Bystrzyca KłodzkaFree

Jagodna is a peak in the Bystrzyckie Mountains, located near Bystrzyca Kłodzka and Międzylesie, standing at 977 meters above sea level. Though not the highest in the range, it is part of the Korona Gór Polski. The summit features a 23-meter steel viewing tower, built in 2019, offering panoramic views of the Bystrzyckie and Orlickie Mountains. The easiest trail starts from the PTTK Jagodna shelter at Przełęcz Spalona (4.3 km, gentle slope, suitable for strollers), doubling as a cross-country ski route in winter. The shelter is renowned for traditional racuchy and the famous Przekąska Pilarza potato dish, complemented by hot chocolate. Summer activities include hiking, biking on the 15-km Jagodna Singletrack trail, and nature observation, while winter brings cross-country skiing and sledding. Perfect for family outings, the area provides a peaceful escape from urban life with accessible trails and a welcoming atmosphere. Entry to the tower and shelter is free year-round.
