Park Dinozaurów Zatorland Zator
Zatorland Dinosaur Park is a family-friendly dinosaur park and playground located in Zator, Lesser Poland, about 50 km from Krakow and 55 km from Katowice, near Oswiecim and Wadowice. It is part of the Zatorland Complex alongside the Insect Park, Mythology Park, and Amusement Park. The park features over 100 lifelike dinosaur models in almost 1:1 scale, many of which move and roar. The highlight is the moving Argentinosaurus, measuring over 35 meters in length, claimed to be the world's largest moving dinosaur. The Museum of Skeletons and Fossils displays fossilized dragonflies, fish, birds, dinosaur skeleton parts, as well as rocks and minerals. Children can take part in educational activities such as the Young Paleontologist Workshop and archaeological digs. Additional attractions include a paddle boat pool, the Crazy Raft spinning ride, a traffic town, mini go-karts, a monster truck, and an active explorer zone. New in 2022 are the Akropolis zone, a safe rope park for toddlers, a construction site, a bug roller coaster, and new moving insects and dinosaurs. Food options include snack points, a tavern, and a renovated food terrace.
