Książ Castle

Książ Castle in Wałbrzych is one of the largest castles in Poland, situated on a picturesque rocky promontory. It is surrounded by extensive parklands with over a hundred-year-old rhododendrons planted by Princess Daisy von Pless. Visitors can enjoy numerous attractions: viewing terraces, a mausoleum, historic gates, and a stud farm. The castle interiors can be explored with an audio guide, which is also adapted for children. The route includes a photo exhibition 'Książ from the Kitchen' featuring unique 3D stereoscopic images. Around the castle, there are restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, and charming hotel cottages.
