Castle in Leśnica

📍 Wrocław, PLFree🕒 1–3 hours

The Castle in Leśnica, located in the western part of Wrocław, about 15 km from the market square, is a Baroque residence with medieval origins. Although it once served a defensive function, today it is more often referred to as a palace. Its current appearance is due to a renovation in 1733 carried out by the Knights of the Cross with the Red Star. After a fire in 1950, the building was rebuilt and since 1963 it has housed the Cultural Centre 'Zamek'. Visitors can admire Baroque architecture, stroll through the park, and enjoy a café. Admission is free, and guided tours are available. It is an ideal spot for families and history enthusiasts.
