📍 Smołdzino, PL🕒 Up to 1 hour€ BudgetSeasonal

Rowokół is the highest hill in the Słowiński National Park (115 m above sea level), located near the village of Smołdzino in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. This post-glacial elevation has long served as a navigation landmark for sailors. Today, it is a nature reserve covering over 560 hectares, forming an enclave within the national park. At the top stands a 20.5-meter observation tower offering panoramic views of the Baltic Sea, Lakes Łebsko and Gardno, and the surrounding forests and fields. On clear days, the Czołpińska Dune with its lighthouse is visible. Entrance to the tower is ticketed: regular ticket 4 PLN, reduced 2 PLN. The tower is open from May to September: May 1–June 30 and September 1–30 from 10:00 to 16:00, and in July and August from 10:00 to 19:00. Free parking is available in Smołdzino, from which a 1-km blue trail leads to the summit. The path features wooden steps, making it accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. Rowokół is perfect for a short trip for families, people with disabilities, and anyone wanting to enjoy the Pomeranian landscape.
