Sokolik
Sokolik is a picturesque peak in the Rudawy Janowickie range, rising to 659 m above sea level, located near the village of Sokolec in Lower Silesia. It is a popular destination for hikers and rock climbers, thanks to its distinctive rock formations. The summit offers a panoramic view of the surrounding valleys, including the Bystrzyca Valley, and on clear days, further mountain ranges are visible. Several trails lead to the top, including an easy route from Sokolec that takes about an hour. The area also has a rich history – during World War II, military installations were hidden in the vicinity. Today, Sokolik is an ideal spot for outdoor activities, suitable for families and experienced tourists alike.
