Stronie Śląskie
Stronie Śląskie is a picturesque municipality in the Eastern Sudetes, Lower Silesia, encompassing the Śnieżnik Massif, Golden Mountains, and Bialskie Mountains. It's a perfect destination for nature lovers and active tourists, with vast forests, uncrowded hiking and cycling trails, and the Śnieżnik Landscape Park protecting the unique landscape. A cable car (Luxtorpeda) takes visitors to the top of Czarna Góra (Black Mountain, 1205 m) where an observation tower offers panoramic views. Top attractions include the Bear Cave (Jaskinia Niedźwiedzia), Poland's most beautiful cave with a tourist and extreme route, and the Underground Tourist Route in the uranium mine in Kletno. In Stara Morawa, the historic Łaskawy Kamień lime kiln features a Japanese garden. Climbers can tackle the Trzy Siostry rock formations on Mount Łysiec. In winter, several ski resorts operate, including Czarna Góra, one of the largest in Poland. Stronie Śląskie welcomes families, couples, and groups seeking peace and nature.
