Brzanka Range
The Brzanka Range is a picturesque mountain range in the Ciężkowice Foothills, located near Tuchów in Lesser Poland. Its highest peaks are Brzanka (534 m above sea level) and Liwocz (562 m above sea level). It is an excellent destination for hiking and cycling, offering beautiful views and contact with nature. At the top of Brzanka there is an observation tower with a panorama of the area. Several hiking trails cross the range, including the red and blue trails connecting Tarnów with Tuchów. The area features numerous World War I cemeteries, making it interesting for history enthusiasts. The range is open year-round and entry is free. It is an ideal choice for families, couples, and groups seeking active outdoor recreation.
