Grześ

Grześ (1653 m above sea level) is a peak in the Western Tatras, located near Witów in the Chochołowska Valley. It is a gentle mountain, ideal for families with children aged 6 and up, as well as for those new to Tatra hiking. The summit offers beautiful panoramic views of the Tatras. The hike from Siwa Polana takes about 7 hours round trip, and from the PTTK Mountain Hostel in Chochołowska Valley about 3 hours. The trail is open year-round, but in winter avalanche risk should be considered. The route can be extended to include neighboring peaks Rakoń and Wołowiec. Entry is free. Public transport is available to Siwa Polana.
