Park Zdrojowy Ciężkowice

Ciężkowice Health Park is a modern recreational and wellness facility that opened in June 2021. It is located in Ciężkowice, Lesser Poland, near the Skamieniałe Miasto nature reserve. The park is designed according to the hydrotherapy principles of Sebastian Kneipp. It features a hydrotherapy zone with warm and cold water pools and hydromassage jets. Visitors can also enjoy a rock garden, an arboretum, a heather garden, a brine graduation tower, water gardens, and sensory gardens. For active recreation, there is an outdoor gym, and children have a playground. Admission to the park is free; only the hydromassage area is paid. Three parking lots are available. The park is an ideal place to relax after visiting nearby attractions such as the Skamieniałe Miasto reserve or the Wąwóz Czarownic gorge.
