R10 Cycling Route

The R10 Cycling Route is an international cycling trail along the Baltic Sea coast, passing through Świnoujście in Poland. With a total length of 8,539 km, the route offers scenic views of the sea, beaches, cliffs, and coastal forests. Most of the trail is paved, but there are forest and marsh sections that require slower riding. The R10 is free and accessible to everyone – families, teens, adults, and groups. In Świnoujście, the route starts near the German border, and the area features the tallest lighthouse on the Polish coast. The trail goes through Wolin National Park, Słowiński National Park, and numerous seaside resorts. It is an excellent option for a multi-day cycling trip, combining active recreation with nature and history. It is advisable to bring panniers and plan accommodations, as the Polish section is about 480 km long. The R10 is well-marked, and public transport stops are nearby.
